Policy
All sales are final. Due to Covid-19 and the nature of the
products sold on oneflygirlco.com, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges at
this time. You can rest assured, that I
will take extreme care when handling, packing, and shipping merchandise. Once a package is shipped, I am not
responsible for any lost or damaged package(s). It is especially important to me that all
customers are pleased with their orders, if you do have any questions or
concerns please contact me via the Contact Page on the site or by email: [email protected]. I will respond within 1-2 business days.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made
before a shipping label is created for the order. Once a shipping label has been created for
your order, I cannot accept any cancellations.

Refunds: Refunds will only be
issued if the customer has received the wrong item. In this case, please contact me within 14
business days of delivery to request a refund.
Please provide me with your order number, date of order, and a picture
of the wrong item that was received (in its original/unopened packaging and
condition). Once all the information has
been received and verified by me, I will send a new shipping label (at no cost
to you) to the email provided for you to ship the item back to me. When the package has been delivered, I will
issue you a full or partial refund for the order. The refund will be issued based on the method
used to place an order (PayPal or Stripe).
PayPal and Stripe determine the amount of time it takes for you to
receive your refund. Please check your
account with PayPal and Stripe for the estimated times.
